2021 Ridership & On-Time Performance Report

Ridership on the Virginia state sponsored service is defined as the number of individuals who purchased tickets on the following four routes: Newport News, Norfolk, Richmond, and Roanoke routes with at least one end point in Virginia.  It is possible for two or more end points to be in Virginia on one ticket; however, each ticket is only counted one time as one rider.
